Lemon verbena is a perennial shrub growing to 2–3m high.
Lemon Verbena leaves are used to add a lemon flavour to fish and poultry dishes, vegetable marinades, salad dressings, desserts and drinks.
It also is used to make herbal teas. When making teas, Lemon Verbena is said to help with muscle spasms, stomach pain, menstrual cramping, and anxiety.
